Artist agrees to create three (3) original watercolor paintings on paper with deckled edges, size 16×20 inches each using the existing line sketches provided by Stephanie Hall as the sketch basis, depicting:

1. Gooseberries

2. Peaches

3. Strawberries

50% deposit for original paintings due upon signing.

Balance due upon delivery of the three completed original paintings.

Royalties billed separately on quarterly basis.
